Meetings

The Coonskin Clubhouse has two beautiful rooms available for rental popular for meetings, wedding receptions, parties, dinner theaters, graduations, and dances.  The Clubhouse is decorated for Christmas (call early) and accommodates 150 persons.  Parking for 200 cars.

The Hearth Room is glassed on two sides, has a large attached kitchen and a large stone wood-burning fireplace. 

 

 

 

 

The Oak Room has three sides in glass, a serving kitchen and dance floor.  Available 363 days a year (closed Christmas and Thanksgiving days). 

 

 

 

	Weekday Rentals before 5pm	$250
	Weeknight Rentals Monday - Thursday after 5pm - 4 hours	$400
	Friday Evening thru Sunday - 4 hours	$500
	Additional hour before midnight paid at time of reservation (subject to approval)	$100
	West Virginia sales tax will be applied.
Parties must end by midnight.
